A college in Mangalore has banned girls from wearing burqa in class and writing examinations, but are allowed to don the outfit outside in its campus.The ban has been brought into effect by St Aloysius College, an autonomous educational institution. Ravindra Kaushik (1952-2001) the real ‘BLACK TIGER,’ a former RAW agent.

Ravindra Kaushik was born in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan in the year 1952.He was a good theater artist. During a national level drama presentation he came in contact with RAW, the Indian intelligence agency. He completed his graduation at the age of 23. After graduation Ravindra Kaushik Joined RAW.
