Aaj Ki Nasihat

Today’s Beautiful Hadith is about Dreams

Reported by Jabir (RA): Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, “When one of you sees a bad dream let him blow three times on his left, seek refuge in Allah from the Satan three times (i.e., by saying: Audhu billahi minash-Shaitanir-Rajim) and change the side on which he was lying.” [Muslim]

Allah Ke Rasool (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya:
"Kisi AJNABI AURAT par achanak nigah padne par,
tum apni nigah phair lo,
pehli nigah to Mu'af hai par dusri nahin".
(Muslim)

AAP should have the foresight to understand and act as below

1. This is a Big and Great Country and is starving for supply to meet the basic demand of the people and therefore focus should be on " PRODUCTION"
2. PRODUCTION will happen naturally if PEOPLE are provided with sufficient and quality infrastructure.
3. Infrastructure means: At Least 10 Times the present value for ROADS, WATER Supply, Mass Transportation modes like TRAINS, METROS,MONORAIL's, SHIPS, Sewerage Networking,Treatment Plants and Recycling water, Quality and Sustainable Toilets, Airports and Ports, 20 Times Power Supply and all in the NEXT 10 Years.
4. Prepare a Budget for the expenditure of the above and ways and means of Finance and Repayment on a sustainable basis and Time Schedule for Implementation and identify credible agencies like L&T or Multinational agencies ( Not any Ministers Dummy Companies) to implement it with accountability. Reflect the Physical , Financial and Time Progress on these projects in a Website on a weekly basis.

5. Focus on Creating Jobs as people can earn their own money and not through Freebies as they are not beggars.

6. Do not focus too much on " Disparity ' for the time being for another 20 years till we achieve sufficient production or it may end up like the children fighting for parents property wasting their life instead of focussing on Productive work of Value Creation with their own efforts.

Marriage Tip

*A husband’s duty is to provide for his wife and family. This means food, clothing and shelter according to his means. A husband is also expected to bring financial security to the relationship as women have no financial duty to the family. A husband should protect his wife from harm and provide support and comfort. She should be treated with respect and kindness.

*A wife’s most important duty is to contribute to as much as possible to the success of her marriage. She should be a source of comfort for her husband, a devoted supporter and adviser.

Tired? Turn off your smartphone at night!

Tired? Turn off your smartphone at night!

Switching off your smartphone at night means better productivity at work the next day.

"Smartphones are almost perfectly designed to disrupt sleep," said Russell Johnson, assistant professor of management atMichigan State University in the US.

"Because they keep us mentally engaged late into the evening, they make it hard to detach from work so we can relax and fall asleep," he warned.

In a pair of studies surveying a broad spectrum of workers, his team found that people who monitored their smartphones for business purposes after 9 p.m. were more tired and were less engaged the following day on the job.

Many of us consider the devices to be among the most important tools ever invented when it comes to increasing productivity of knowledge-based work, said the research published in the journal Organisational Behaviour and Human Decision Processes.

For the first study, the researchers had 82 upper-level managers complete multiple surveysevery day for two weeks.

The second study surveyed 161 employees daily in a variety of occupations - from nursing to manufacturing and from accounting to dentistry.

Across both studies, the surveys showed that night-time smartphone usage for business purposes cut into sleep and sapped workers' energy the next day in the office.

In addition to keeping people mentally engaged at night, smartphones emit 'blue light' that appears to be the most disruptive of all colours of light.

Blue light is known to hinder melatonin, a chemical in the body that promotes sleep, Johnson said.

"The night-time use of smartphones appears to have both psychological and physiological effects on people's ability to sleep and on sleep's essential recovery functions," he added.
