Message for Friday - Be a Motivator

Image
Treat People Kindly. As a leader you need to treat the people helping you with the utmost respect and kindness. Most people start out trying to motivate someone by giving them a lengthy speech, but this rarely works because motivation has to start inside others. The best way to motivate others is to start by listening to what they want to do. Find out what the person's goals and dreams are. Be a Good Listener. No one likes to feel like they don’t matter. Build someone up. Pay them a compliment. Remind them they are amazing. It costs you nothing, but to them it may mean everything. Your mood should never dictate your manners. It doesn't matter how angry, upset, or sad you are. Always be respectful & polite to others. It's jummah! “With (every) difficulty, there is ease”

First things first BY Dr. Mohammad Manzoor Alam This is the time to stay patient, to have courage, patience and be steadfast. The headline above is from the holy Qur’an in which Allah reassures believers about the transitory nature of adversity that is bound by Allah’s Law to be replaced by ease, without doubt. In Allah’s all-knowing view it is so significant that he states it twice in one sentence: “With (every) difficulty there is ease; with (every) difficulty there is ease”, asserts the holy book (Qur’an: 94:5,6). The Muslim ummah has always encountered troubles, hardships and adverse circumstances with grace and fortitude. From the time of the holy Prophet (peace be upon him) until our times, the ummah has experienced both felicititous and calamitous situations, going through trials and tribulations, triumph and turbulence. Instead of surrendering to adversities and hardships, the Muslim community has withstood extreme conditions with firmness and great courage. Innumerable example...

Message for Friday - Guidance

Image
02/10/2020 We all fight battles. No one knows except Allah. Just remember, He knows all. And He can help you all. There's no pain Allah doesn't understand. There's no struggle Allah doesn't know. There's no cry Allah doesn't hear. If you are facing hard times today, have faith and pray for a better tomorrow. Miracles do happen when you seek guidance from Allah. One of the best way to seek ALLAH's guidance is Istikharah. The beauty of Istikharah is that the person who sought the guidance of Allah will be content with Allah’s decision for him even if it diverts him from what he thought was good as he will know that this is the result of his Istikharah.
