New Delhi, July 19: The Institute of Objective Studies (IOS) and the Indian Association of Muslim Social Scientists (IAMSS) have jointly submitted comments and suggestions to the Union Minister of Human Resource Development (HRD), Mr. Prakash Javadekar, on draft Act for setting up of “Higher Education Commission of India by repealing UGC Act”.
