Nu'man b. Bashir (RA) reported Allah's Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) as saying: The similitude of believers in regard to mutual love, affection, fellow-feeling is that of one body; when any limb of it aches, the whole body aches, because of sleeplessness and fever.
(Sahih Muslim 2586 a, Book 45, Hadith 84)
Even though we are apart, we are all together. United by Islam, brothers and sisters and on the Day of Judgement we will stand shoulder to shoulder with one another. If one of us feels sick or pain, we should all collectively make Dua for that person. This is one of the reasons HOTD shares requests for Duas on our social media and we pray for each of you as you say Ameen. Today, make Dua for the sick, the wounded, those who are suffering. May Allah heal all who are sick and ease the difficulties of others – Ameen.
