Comfort is Test - Message of Friday

 Do not let comfort blind you to your purpose. Ease is not always a sign of favor; sometimes it is the very field in which the soul is tested. A life filled with blessings can still become a trial if it makes a person forget Allah, grow careless in worship, or drift from gratitude. The true believer does not become arrogant when given, nor broken when deprived. He remains steady, awake, and accountable.

When Allah opens the doors of provision, let the heart bow in gratitude. When Allah withholds, let the soul stand firm in patience. This balance is the mark of faith. Gratitude protects the heart from pride, and patience protects it from despair. Both are acts of worship, both are signs of sincerity, and both reveal whether a servant is truly anchored in submission.

Ask Allah for a heart that remembers Him in abundance and trusts Him in shortage. Ask Him to make you thankful when He gives and patient when He takes. For the believer, comfort is not a reason to relax into heedlessness; it is a reminder to remain vigilant, humble, and devoted. That is the path of real success.

غفلت کی نرم بستر پر جو دل سو جائے، وہ اپنے مقصد کی حرارت کھو دیتا ہے۔ آسانی ہمیشہ انعام نہیں ہوتی؛ کبھی یہی آسودگی امتحان بن جاتی ہے۔ انسان جب نعمتوں کے ہجوم میں گھِر جاتا ہے تو اکثر اپنے رب کو بھولنے لگتا ہے، حالانکہ اصل کامیابی اسی میں ہے کہ فراخی کے لمحوں میں شکر زندہ رہے اور تنگی کے وقت صبر متزلزل نہ ہو۔

مومن کی زندگی صرف دکھ سہنے کا نام نہیں، بلکہ ہر حال میں اللہ سے جڑے رہنے کا دوسرا نام ہے۔ جب وہ عطا کرے تو دل غرور نہ پکڑے، زبان حمد سے تر رہے، اور جب چھین لے تو روح شکایت کے بجائے سجدے میں جھک جائے۔ یہی بندگی کا حسن ہے، یہی ایمان کی اصل پہچان۔

اللہ سے یہ دعا مانگنی چاہیے کہ وہ ہمیں نعمت ملنے پر شاکر بنائے، آزمائش آنے پر صابر رکھے، اور راحت کے دھوکے میں ہمارے مقصد کو ہم سے نہ چھینے۔ کیونکہ وہ دل جو آسائش میں بھی جاگتا رہے، اور محرومی میں بھی ٹوٹے نہیں، وہی دل حقیقت میں اللہ کا بندہ ہے۔
