Daler Mehndi or Dealer mehndi?
Daler Mehndi sentenced to 2-years in prison after being convicted in a 2003 human trafficking case by Patiala Court.this case of 2003. So, It took 15 years to get him convicted. Minutes after he was sentenced to 2 years in jail, Daler has been granted bail.
One of India's most well known Punjabi singers, Daler Mehndi and his brother, Shamsher Singh, have been convicted of illegally sending people abroad disguised as members of their troupe. They were sentenced to 2-years jail but Shamsher died last year.

When courts sentence an accused for 2 years after 15 years of trail, and accused manages to get bail immediately. it clearly indicates the pathetic situation of judicial system, more and more fast track courts needed to avoid wastage of public funds and safeguard characteristic spirit of judiciary.

UP - Bihar LS Bypoll 2018
Glad to note that Peaceful polling is underway in eastern Uttar Pradesh by-elections in Gorakhpur and Phulpur Lok Sabha constituencies.
The Gorakhpur constituency is of special significance to the BJP in general and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in particular, as he has won the Lok Sabha seat five consecutive times
Long queues has been witnessed outside polling stations. The counting of votes for the seat will be held on March 14. The Gorakhpur parliamentary constituency consists of the segments of Caimpiyarganj, Pipraich, Gorakhpur Urban, Gorakhpur Rural and Sahajanwa. There are 19.49 lakh voters in the Gorakhpur parliamentary constituency, according to Election Commission data.
Gorakhpur by-election.
There are a total of 10 candidates fighting for the Gorakhpur by-election. Upendra Shukla is contesting the Gorakhpur by-election from the BJP. He is seen as being instrumental in the party winning huge victories in Uttar Pradesh's Purvanchal region in last year's assembly elections. The Congress has fielded Suhita Chatterjee Kareem as its candidate, while the SP is contesting the Gorakhpur election with the Peace Party and Nishad Party, which has fielded Praveen Kumar Nishad as its candidate.
The Gorakhpur seat is important for the BJP largely because it is the home turf of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, a seat from where he has never lost an election since 1998 when he first contested the Lok Sabha elections. And it is this prestige associated with the seat that would make a win for the Samajwadi Party-led opposition particularly sweet and will lead to new startegies in comming assembly elections in other state.
According to the Election Commission, as many as 4,728 Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) machines are being used in the bypoll and provisions for web-casting from 95 critical booths have been made.Bihar's Araria constituency
The Araria Lok Sabha seat became vacant after the death of RJD MP Mohammad Taslimuddin last year. The Araria parliamentary constituency consists of assembly segments of Narpatganj, Raniganj (SC), Forbesganj, Araria, Jokhihat and Sikti.
In Araria, a seat that fell vacant after the death of RJD lawmaker Mohd Taslimuddin, the party has fielded his son Sarfaraz Alam, looking to capitalise on Muslim and Yadav voters who make up a big chunk of the electorate. Mr Alam is locked in a direct contest with the BJP's Pradip Singh who came second in the 2014 general elections but had won the seat in 2009.

BJP wins Tripura. Tripura Loses LENIN.

Nearly 48 hours after the defeat of the Communist Party of India in the assembly elections at the hands of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Tripura, a statue of communist leader Vladimir Lenin was pulled down using a bulldozer.
#Lenin was a revolutionary who was a role model for the Great Freedom fighters like Shaheed Bhagat Singh.
BJP demolishing his statue in #Tripura is highly condemnable
You can topple Lenin's statue. But can you wipe out Lenin from the hearts & minds of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh & his comrades?

JUSTICE IMPRISONED-5
Dr. Javed Jamil
THE HELL IN FULL FURY-2
Crimes against women
The level of violence in society depends on several factors but three of them are extremely crucial: Fear of God; Fear of Law; and Fear of Society. If these three disappear in the minds of individuals, the level of violence will surely increase. Out of the three, it is perhaps the fear of law that counts most. If the fear of God had been enough, religious laws would not have prescribed punishments for violence. But the fact that all legal systems including religious laws prescribe punishments clearly indicates the importance of the fear of law. The modern systems have sought to demolish the fear of God altogether, have caused a massive diminution in the fear of law and have made many crimes acceptable in society. The results are for all to see. Despite colossal legal machineries with huge money involved, the current model of Western judicial system has proved to be an abysmal failure in acting as a deterrent for crimes.
Let us now examine the case of violence against women. This is specifically important because the modern ideologies boast of substantially raising the status of women in society.
Rapes
The combined effect of the commercialisation of sex, the social culture it spawned and the legal framework that its proponents propelled was an overwhelming increase in all kinds of violence. Rapes, murders, abuses and the other forms of domestic violence have reached a level at which society loses its claim of being civilised. The conditions that prevail in a typical Western society, or any society that follows Western legal system or tries to imitate its social norms, are good enough for rapes to abound. The empowerment of women sans security has made them easy targets. They are no longer confined to the safe environs of family for most of the time. They usually get out of out of their houses early in the day and do not come back till the night has settled in. They are normally not accompanied by any that would guard them. Often, they are travelling or walking in lonely areas away from the public gaze. They happen to be in situations and places where their screams for help have little chances to be heard. Their appearance hardly helps them. While several factors contribute to the rise in the incidence of rapes, two are the chief culprits. The first and more important is the laxity of law, in word as well as in practice. The second is the provocative images in the media, including soft and hard porn, nude pictures and highly provocative write-ups. It can be argued that rape is more “violence manifested in sex rather than sex manifested in violence”. However, whichever the case, the truth is that the above two factors remain the ultimate culprits. It may be right that it is the desire to overpower a person rather than have sex is responsible for rapes. But these could never have culminated into sexual assaults, except in a small number of cases, if the atmosphere had not been so terrifically charged with sex and the law not been so terribly impotent, as they have become.
According to Justice Department, in the US, one in two rape victims are under 18, and one in six under 12. This means that more than two third of victims are those that have not attained the official age of adulthood. The same is true of most of the countries having modern legal and social systems. Cases are often reported in the media where the victims of rape are children less than 6. How rape is demolishing the whole myth of women’s “freedom” and “empowerment” can be gauged from the statistics that look horrible in the very first sight. Every eleventh woman in the US and every fourth in South Africa have been raped, and attempt to rape has been made on every fourth woman in the US and every second in South Africa. Conditions in most of the European countries are no better. What is disturbing is that only 6% cases are punished. This demonstrates the lack of confidence in law-enforcing agencies as well as the inability of women to report on account of the fact that a substantial majority of the assailants are their relatives.
Let us first study some of the major statistics about the incidence of rape. The following is the list of top nations in terms of total number of rapes committed in a year:

Entire India suspected Right wing hand in #GauriLankesh killing .Now it is out in open., Of course RSS will disown it's warriors.
Now you know why Right winger trolls (followed by PM Modi in twitter) were celebrating Gauri's death . Investigations have shown that Kumar is linked to a radical Hindutva outfit called the Hindu Yuva Sena and that he is also allegedly linked to members of the Sanatan Sanstha outfit and its affiliate the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. When Kumar was produced before the court of an additional chief metropolitan magistrate, the SIT gave the court a sealed copy of a confession statement given by him about his involvement in the murder.

Duas to stop masturbation
Question:
Are there any duas to help with stopping masturbation?
Are there any duas to help with stopping masturbation?
The Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) used to say, “O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, dignified restraint, and freedom from need. (Allahumma inni as’aluka’l huda wa’t tuqa wa’l `afafa wa’l ghina)” [Sahih Muslim]
The following supplication has been narrated by Qutb al-Din al-Hanafi in his Kitab Ad`iyat al-Hajj wa al-`Umra and is attributed to Hasan al-Basri.
“O Allah, I seek Your forgiveness for every sin in which I gave preference to my base desire over Your obedience and my passion over Your command – thus I contented myself with Your wrath and subjected myself to Your displeasure, though You had forbidden me, presented Your admonition to me, and established the proof of it to me through Your warnings [of punishment in Your revelations]. I seek Your forgiveness, O Allah, and repent to You. (Allahumma inni astaghfiruka li kulli dhambin qaddamtu fihi shahwati `ala ta`atik wa athartu fihi mahabbati `ala amrik fa ardaytu nafsi bi ghadabik wa `arradtuha li sakhatik idh nahaytani wa qaddamta ilayya fihi indharak wa tahhajajta `alayya fihi bi wa`idik wa astaghfiruka Allahumma wa atubu ilayk)”
“O Allah, Your mercy I am hopeful for, so do not leave me to myself for the blink of an eye, and put all my affairs in order, there is no god but You. (Allahumma rahmataka arju fala takilni ila nafsi tarfata `ayanin wa aslih li sha’ni kullihi la ilaha illa anta)” [Abu Dawud]
Say the supplications with heart and sincerity, seeking closeness to the Divine, and seeking to be pulled out of the darkness of sin. Don’t lose heart, take the positive means to stop the sin, and always ask Allah as He loves to be asked.
And Remember, Allah alone gives success.

How to link Aadhaar to your mobile number from home: Airtel, Vodafone, BSNL, and Idea users follow these steps
How to link Aadhaar to your mobile number from home: Airtel, Vodafone, BSNL, and Idea users follow these steps
Have you linked your Aadhaar with mobile number? If not, well you might be in luck as the government has made the process slightly convenient for users who can now do Aadhaar linking from home. Just call 14546 from any mobile number, and keep your Aadhaar handy for linking the two from your home. The new single number for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) services was issued to facilitate the linking.
The Digital India official Twitter handle revealed the details of the new IVR services and confirmed that this will allow any mobile user with multiple numbers to link their Aadhaar number. With the new process introduced, linking your Aadhaar and mobile number has just become easier thanks to an all-new IVR process introduced by the government of India.
“DigitalIdentity service made easy | @UIDAI (Aadhaar) has issued directives for generating OTP either through the service provider’s website or through the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) services to facilitate the linking, also known as re-verification.” the tweet by Digital India wrote on Tuesday.
The new IVR service to facilitate Aadhaar linking is part of government of India initiative. As per the government directive, verifying your mobile number with Aadhaar is mandatory for all existing customers.
Earlier, all mobile users in order to complete biometric verification had to visit nearest telecom operator store though the new process will make this slightly convenient.
The new IVR service is likely to bring huge relief for mobile subscribers as it now makes it easier to link your Aadhaar number with mobile phone number without the need to visit physical stores. Complying to the government’s order, the Department of Telecommunication (DoT) has already issued instructions to all operators to verify all existing mobile subscribers (Prepaid and Postpaid) through Aadhaar based E-KYC process on or before 31.03.2018.
How to link Aadhaar to mobile number via OTP
Before calling the new toll-free number make sure that you have your Aadhaar card handy as well as your mobile number for the OTP. Times Now can confirm that Airtel, Idea, and Vodafone have already activated the process. We can expect Reliance Jio to activate the service in few days as well. Similarly, BSNL is also expected to activate the new service.
Below are the steps which will be directed during the IVR to complete Aadhaar re-verification using new IVR service:
Call 14546 from your mobile number
On being asked whether an Indian or an NRI, choose the respective option
The IVR process will then ask for your consent to link Aadhaar card number with your mobile number by pressing 1
Next, mobile subscribers will be required to provide their 12-digit Aadhaar number and press 1 to confirm. In case your Aadhaar input was incorrect, you get another option to provide the Aadhaar
An OTP will be generated and sent to your mobile
Next, IVR process will require your mobile number after which you will have to give consent to your mobile operator to pick your personal details like name, photo, and date of birth from their records
After giving consent, IVR will now read the last four digits of your mobile number to re-confirm your provided number
Once, the re-confirmation is done, users can provide the OTP received via SMS
After entering the OTP, you will be required to press 1 to complete the process. IVR will then mention that the Aadhaar-based mobile number re-verification process was successful.
Once the process is completed, you get an SMS on your mobile number confirming that Re-verification was successful and it will take up to 48 hours to complete the linking.
Notably, Airtel, Idea, and Vodafone costumers can start linking their Aadhaar with their mobile numbers using the new IVR service. While, Jio and BSNL customers will have to wait for some more time for the service to be activated.
It’s worth mentioning that the IVR service is available in several languages like English, Hindi, and other regional languages.
